摘要
以"一带一路"的重点工程——孟加拉帕德玛大桥为依托,对拼接节段划分及拼装工艺主要控制项点、符合欧洲标准的下弦节点支座位置平面度控制、超重节点杆件翻身、厚板焊接坡口优化及窄空间焊接方案、临时人孔设计及过焊孔尺寸等设计进行研究,提出制作工艺控制要点和具体解决措施。
With the rapid development of steel bridge construction and continuous improvement of bridge design, construction technology and material performance at home and abroad, all-welded steel bridge has been widely used in railway and combined rail-cum-road bridge because of the beautiful appearance, convenience for erection and lower maintenance costs. Base on Bangladesh Padma Bridge, which is the major project of 'the Belt and Road' initiative and conformed to European standard, the paper analyzed and introduced key points and difficulties for manufacture extra-large members of all-welded steel truss bridge. In addition, the paper presented the control points of manufacture procedures and specific solutions. Those solutions ensure that members are fabricated successfully and provide a valuable reference for the future construction and production of similar type of bridges.
