耐候H型钢的材料性能和设计强度取值研究 被引量:1

RESEARCH ON PROPERTIES AND DESIGN STRENGTH VALUES OF WEATHER RESISTANCE ROLLED H-SHAPE STEEL

摘要 针对津西钢厂研发生产的Q355NHD耐候H型钢,进行了H型钢截面力学性能的不均匀性检测和屈服强度统计分析,并用有限元法分析了截面材料的不均匀性对构件应力和变形的影响,提出采用耐候H型钢进行构件设计时所需的抗力分项系数和强度设计值。利用已有含铌钢的耐腐蚀试验数据,并经耐大气腐蚀指数计算,表明含铌H型钢具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。通过焊接工艺评定,提出耐候钢构件制作及安装时应采用的焊材和焊接工艺参数。 With regard to Q355NHD weather resistant rolled H-shape steel produced by Jinxi steel mill,the mechanical properties of inhomogeneity and material yield strength were detected and statistically analyzed. The influence on the stress and deformation of member due to inhomogeneity was analyzed by finite element method. The partial coefficient resistance and the strength design value of weather resistance steel were proposed. Based on existing corrosion test data of Nb steel and the calculated atmospheric corrosion resistant index,it was showed that Nb H-shape steel had good corrosion resistance. Through the welding procedure qualification,the welding material and welding technology parameters for the weather resistance steel were also presented.
