摘要
介绍了蚌埠市淮河大桥钢桁架拱桥悬臂架设的施工技术,对悬臂架设的大临设施、主要机械、主要施工工况及关键施工技术进行阐述。为实现钢桁架拱悬臂架设,主要设置临时支墩、扣索塔架、墩顶调整装置等主要辅助系统,采用爬行架梁吊机散拼安装。钢桁架拱架设主要包括4个工况:边跨钢梁无应力上主墩工况;挂扣索前的最大悬臂工况;挂扣索、扣索张拉工况;桁拱合龙最大悬臂工况。利用MIDAS/Civil软件建模分析,根据分析结果指导施工,形成了悬臂拼装、倾覆控制、体系转换、无应力合龙等关键施工技术,并全程对关键部位施工监控,确保桥梁线形及内力符合设计要求。
The paper introduced the construction technique of cantilever erection of steel truss arch bridge of Huai River Bridge in Bengbu City,and expounded the large facilities,main machineries,main construction conditions and key construction techniques of cantilever erection. In order to realize the cantilever erection of the steel truss arch,the main auxiliary systems such as the temporary support pier,the fastening cable tower and the pier top adjustment device were installed,and the crawler beam crane was also applied. The erection of steel truss arch mainly included four working conditions: the condition of the main pier without stress for the side span steel girder;the maximum cantilever working condition before the hanging of cables;the condition when hanging and tensioning cables;the maximum cantilever working condition when closuring the steel truss arch. Through the Midas Civil software modeling,construction was guided based on the analysis results. The key construction techniques of cantilever assembly,overturning control,system conversion and stress-free closure were formed. Construction monitoring of key parts was carried out throughout the whole process to ensure that the linear and internal forces of the bridge could meet the design requirements.
