摘要
输电铁塔中普遍存在着螺栓连接节点的连接滑移现象,而传统输电铁塔分析方法一般不考虑螺栓连接滑移的影响,因此不能准确反映输电铁塔的变形情况。在外荷载作用下,螺栓连接滑移会增加输电铁塔侧向变形,导致结构的二阶效应明显,进而影响结构的承载力和安全性能,因此研究螺栓连接滑移对输电铁塔变形的影响显得非常重要。以猫头型直线塔为研究对象,通过有限元方法建立考虑螺栓连接滑移的三维有限元模型,模拟分析斜材和主材连接节点的螺栓滑移,以及不同位置的连接节点螺栓滑移对输电铁塔变形的影响。根据影响因素和分析结果,提出减小螺栓连接滑移对输电铁塔变形的措施。
Bolted joint slippage of bolted joints is common in transmission towers.The traditional transmission tower analysis method generally does not consider the influence of bolted joint slippage,thus it can not accurately reflect the deformation of transmission towers.Under the external load,the bolted joint slippage causes the lateral deformation of the transmission tower to increase,resulting in obvious gravity second-order effects of the structure,which will affect the bearing capacity and safety performance of the structure.Therefore,it is very important to research the influence of bolted joint slippage on the deformation of the transmission tower.Taking the cat-head linear tower as the research object,a three-dimensional finite element model considering bolted joint slippage was established by the finite element method.The influence of the structural deformation caused by bolted joint slippage on the joint of diagonal members and the main members was analyzed,and the influence of the bolted joint slippage of the joints at different positions was also considered.According to the influencing factors and the analysis results,the measures to reduce the influence of bolted joint slippage on the deformation of the transmission tower were given.
