New Development of Bilateral Free Trade Agreement

随着经济全球化负面影响的日益显现,发达国家与发展中国家之间的分歧日趋严重,多边谈判屡次受阻。双边自由贸易协定以一种崭新的姿态再度扮演全球自由贸易的主角。双边自由贸易协定可弥补和矫正多边或区域贸易协定的不足,有些最终会被纳入到WTO多边贸易体系中。中国内地已积极投入到这股双边自由贸易协定的大潮中,并分别与我国香港地区、澳门地区签署了CEPA,为促进亚太区域经济一体化发展做出了贡献。

With the development of economic globalization,the negative effect has emerged increasingly,and divergences between developed and developing countries are serious.The multilateral negotiations have been frustrated for many times.So bilateral free trade agreement has once again played a leading role in global free trade.Bilateral free trade agreement can make up and rectify the deficiencies of multilateral or regional trade agreement,but eventually some of them will be incorporated into the multilateral trade system of WTO.China has devoted to the spring tide of bilateral free trade agreement actively and has signed CEPA with Hong Kong and Macao respectively.It has contributed to the development of economic integration of Asian-Pacific region.
