Prospects of the Negotiation Targets and Tactics of Developing Countries and China in the Doha Round

本文在阐述多哈回合的谈判议题和工作计划的基础上,对发展中国家和中国的谈判目标和策略作了分析,并对多哈回合的前景进行预测。文章认为,我国参加谈判的基本策略应是与广大发展中国家加强团结,维护发展中国家的共同利益;同时也应有适合自己需要的变通或特别策略;我们可以对多哈回合的前景持乐观态度。

Based on an elaboration on the negotiating issues and working plan of the Doha Round,the Article makes an analysis on what kind of negotiating targets and tactics should be held by China and developing countries.The author holds that China should strengthen its union with other developing countries,while considering putting forward some special negotiation suggestions which can safeguard her own interests.The author predicts that the Doha Round will have a bright future despite its present frustration.
