坎昆会议对农业补贴的争议及我国农业补贴相应对策研究

Studies on the Different Positions on the Agricultural Subsidies in the Cancun and China’s Corresponding Policies

本文通过介绍和分析坎昆会议中发达国家和发展中国家在农业补贴问题上的不同立场,《农业协定》关于农业补贴中国内支持的规定,美、欧、日的主要农业补贴政策,以及我国目前农业补贴政策的状况和存在的问题,对我国今后的农业补贴政策提出了相应对策建议。

This paper introduces and analyzes the different standards of developed and developing countries about agricultural subsidies in the Cancun,the domestic support provisions of WTO Agriculture Agreement,the main agricultural subsidy policies of the USA,EU and Japan,and the problems of our country’s agricultural subsidy policy.Then,it puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and advices for our country to constitute reasonable agricultural subsidy policies and attend the negotiations of WTO on the matter of agricultural subsidy.
