中国入世法律文件中若干对华不利条款评析

Commentaries on Some Articles Disadvantageous to China in the Legal Documents of China’s Accession to WTO

中国入世是中国政府的重大决策,其对中国经济以及对世界贸易的影响将会越来越明显地显示出来。本文基于这一理念,从一个侧面就中国入世法律文件中的若干对华不利条款(即非市场经济条款、特定产品过渡性保障措施条款、纺织品特别保障措施条款和过渡性审议机制条款)进行初步解读与评析。

China’s access to the WTO is a fundamental decision by the Chinese Government.Its impact on China’s economy and world trade is going to emerge gradually and obviously.Based on this notion,the paper,from one respect,gives the preliminary explanations and commentaries on certain articles disadvantageous to China in the legal documents of China’s access to the WTO.Those articles are the articles of non-market economy,transitional product-specific safeguard measures,special safeguard measures on textiles and transitional review mechanism.
