The powers of judicial supervision on arbitration should be correctly realized and applied,which includes power of judicial examination,power of revocation of arbitral awards,and power of not enforcing arbitral awards.The legal principles for judicial supervision on arbitration should be carried out,which include the principle of proper supervision,principle of strict procedure,principle of strict compliance with laws,principle of maintaining sovereignty.The arbitration regime in China should be further perfected and developed.The problem of difficult enforcement of arbitral awards should be solved with serious attention.
