On Globalization of International Standards and Sovereignty

为了适应经济全球化的发展,国际社会在商业贸易和财政金融等方面形成了一系列的国际性标准。但是,这些标准的不断扩张在一定程度上开始影响到国家主权。因此,在实践中有必要规范国际性标准的形成过程以维护国家主权。

To become adapted with the globalization of economy,a series of international standards come into being in business and financial transaction areas.On the other hand,the overspread of these standards affects the sovereignty to a certain extent.It is necessary to regulate the process of globalization of international standards to protect the sovereignty.
