Cumulative assessment of injury is an important institution in antidumping law,the function of which is to cumulatively assess the effect of dumping imports from more than one country regarded as a whole on the domestic industry.Cumulative assessment of injury is justifiable,but there are still some problems which need to be clarified and improved.
