2007年以来,国际经济贸易法律实践中出现的下列热点问题值得研究:第一,中国出口贸易所面临的贸易救济措施出现了新变化,主要包括反补贴和反垄断调查开始增加;因产品质量和食品安全问题遭遇限制性措施;美国国会涉华贸易法案数量日益增加。第二,中国所承受的来自WTO争端解决机制的压力增大,中关知识产权争端正式进入WTO专家组程序即为适例。第三,中国《反垄断法》出台。第四,国际投资保护协定出现了新的发展。第五,WTO新一轮多边谈判陷入困境,但区域贸易协定发展迅速。

The following hot issues on the Law and Practice of International Economy and Trade in 2007 are worth investigating:Firstly,there are many changes in the trade remedies aimed at the Export Trade in China,including the rise of the countervailing and antitrust investigations,the emergence of restrictive measures due to the problems of product quality and food safety,a steady increase in the trade acts planned by the US Congress.Secondly,the pressure on China from the WTO dispute settlement mechanism has been augmented.For example,the Sino-American intellectual property rights dispute has been entered into the WTO panel process.Thirdly,the Antitrust Law has been established in China.Fourthly,there are some new developments of the international investment protection agreement.Fifthly,the new round multilateral negotiation within the WTO got bogged down,at the same time the regional trade agreements are developing rapidly.
