本文回顾并分析了近年来,尤其是2012年中国对外商务工作及法律实践的主要态势。作者首先介绍了我国参与国际商事立法活动的情况,分析了我国面临的贸易救济形势、参与世界贸易组织(WTO)争端解决机制的实践以及我国的自由贸易区实践。其次,作者分析了晚近国际投资规则发展的新动向和我国面临的新挑战。最后,作者分析了我国在知识产权保护领域的突出问题。

This article analyzes the main issues and trends in China's foreign business and legal practice in recent years,especially in the year of 2012.The author firstly summarizes China's performance in international business rule-making,analyzes the situations that China faces with respect to trade remedies,China's participation in the WTO dispute settlement mechanism and China's FTAs practice.Secondly,the author examines the latest developments of international investment rules as well as the challenges for China.Finally,the author discusses the outstanding issues in the field of China's intellectual property rights protection.
