中国一直是非洲国家传统的好朋友和发展的支持者,中非关系的本质是中国与非洲国家及其人民之间的团结、平等、真诚的伙伴关系。非洲应遵循南南合作的指导原则,抓住中国发展的机遇,排除西方国家的干扰;同时借鉴中国和非洲丰富的经验以及相互之间的差异性、相似性和互补性,让中非成为互利共赢的发展伙伴,各种先进南南合作形式的创新试验基地。

China has been a traditional friend and supporter of African development.The very essence of China-Africa relations is the feeling of solidarity,equality and genuine partnership that exists between China and African countries and peoples.Africa should be under the guiding principle of Africa-China South-South cooperation,grasp the opportunity of China’s development,and eliminate the interference of western countries.The Africa countries should become innovative,testing ground where advanced forms of South-South cooperation will evolve,drawing on the rich experiences of China and Africa,their differences,similarities and complementarities.
