世界银行与国际货币基金组织的协作关系由来已久。建立协作关系是为了避免因职能重叠影响组织机构的运转效率和制度实效。通过实现协作的规范化、制度化以及协作领域的拓展,世界银行与国际货币基金组织的协作关系不断强化。当前二者的协作关系面临着协作领域宽泛化、制度运转协调性不足等问题,同时受到来自国际政治经济形势演变以及国际组织竞争性增强的挑战。未来协作关系的发展需要在及时解决问题和充分应对挑战的基础上,促进协作领域细化,扩大协作参与主体,提升协作制度化水平。

The collaboration relationship between World Bank and International Monetary Fund has a long history.The establishment of collaboration relationship is to avoid the impact of overlapping organizational functions on operational efficiency and institutional effectiveness.By standardizing,institutionalizing and expanding the field of collaboration,the collaboration relationship between them has been strengthened.At present,the cooperative relationship between them is challenged by the evolution of international political and economic situation and the enhancement of international competitiveness.At the same time,they are faced with the problems of wider areas of cooperation and insufficient coordination of cooperative systems.In the future,the development of collaboration relationship needs to promote the refinement of collaboration areas,expand the main participants,and enhance the level of collaboration institutionalization on the basis of timely solving problems and adequately responding to challenges.
