摘要 从切削几何条件不变的平直面加工和切削几何条件可变的曲面加工两个方面综述了当前铣削力预测方面的研究成果。指出研究复杂曲面加工的铣削力预测,尤其是非球头铣刀复杂曲面五轴加工的铣削力预测是本领域的重要发展方向。 This paper reviews the recent progress in prediction of the milling force from two aspects: plane machining of constant cutting geometry and curved surface machining of variable cutting geometry. It points out the prediction of the milling force of complex surface machining,especially with non-ball milling-cutter five-axis machining is an important development direction in this field.
