硬质合金刀具车削氧化铝陶瓷生坯的磨损机理研究 被引量:4

摘要 陶瓷生坯是未经烧结的陶瓷压坯,粉体颗粒间未形成冶金结合力,没有陶瓷的硬、脆等特性,因此可以利用这一优点用车削方式加工陶瓷生坯。用冷等静压技术制备Al2O3陶瓷生坯柱体进行车削试验,探究陶瓷生坯切削加工质量和刀具磨损机理。试验表明刀具主要受到磨粒磨损且适当改变切削参数能明显改善加工表面质量和刀具寿命;并且在试验参数范围内,随着背吃刀量的增加,刀具寿命随之增加;进给量对刀具寿命影响不明显。 Green ceramics is ceramics compact before sintering. There is no metallurgical bonding force between powder particles. So it does not have hard and brittle features like ceramics. We can use this advantage to machine green ceramics on lathe. In order to study performance of cutting Al_2O_3 green ceramics and wear mechanism of cutting tools,we fabricated bulk green alumina compacts by using cold isostaitc pressing technique. The results show that cutting tools are abraded mainly by abrasive wear and we can improve surface roughness and tool life by properly changing cutting speed,cutting depth and feed rate. And tool life will be improved as increasing cutting depth within the scope of experimental parameters.Feed rate has no significant influence on tool life.
