进排气导管是发动机缸盖中的重要零部件,必须严格控制其同轴度要求。通过分析导管的尺寸特点以及目前检测工具、检测方法的局限性,设计了新型检测同轴度量规,描述了同轴度芯棒和活动套的设计方法。该量规结构简单,能快速准确地测出进排气导管的同轴度,提高了检测精度和检测速度。

The exhaust duct is an important part of the engine cylinder and the coaxiality requirements must be strictly controlled. Through the analysis of catheter size characteristics and the limitations of existing detection tools and detection method proposed a new detection the axiality gauge design,a detailed description of the coaxial core rod and the movable sleeve design calculation method and an important component of the design. The gauge has the advantages of simple and practical structure,that can quickly and accurately measure the coaxial degree of the exhaust duct,and greatly improve the detection speed and accuracy.
