摘要
1937年出版的《中国通邮地方物产志》较为系统而全面地记录了当时我国各地出产的香菇、草菇、木耳、银耳、茯苓、猪苓、雷丸、虫草、蝉花、鸡枞、猴头菌、马勃、黄芝、蘑菇,以及其它多种食、药用菌的产地、时节和贸易详情,对于考察我国食、药用菌资源和经济的历史变迁具有重要的参考意义。在整理史料的基础上,本文分析了这些食、药用菌产地的地理分布特点,及其主产地和运销中心,并对相关问题进行了讨论。
The detailed information on the production areas of,seasons for,and trade in Lentinula edodes,Volvariella volvacea,Auricularia auricula-judae,Tremella fuciformis,Wolfiporia cocos,Polyporus umbellatus,Laccocephalum mylittae,Cordyceps spp.,Termitomyces eurhizus,Hericium erinaceus,Lycoperdaceae,Huangzhi,Mogu,and other various edible and medicinal fungi is relatively systematically and comprehensively recorded in the1937 Zhongguo tongyou difang wuchanzhi,which is of great significance to the investigation of the historical changes in the economy and resource of edible and medicinal fungi.On the basis of arranging the historical information,it analyzed the geographical features of the distribution of edible and medicinal fungi productions,and their major production areas and transportation centres,and discussed relevant issues.
