关于金融学建设世界一流学科的思考

Some Thoughts About Construction of World-class Discipline in Finance

本文首先对金融学及其相关学科的国内外排名情况进行了梳理和分析,包括3种国内学科排名和7种国际学科排名,多维度列示了金融学国内外标杆学科。其次从建设金融学院、建设金融研究院、建设一流师资队伍、培养一流人才4个方面总结了我国高校金融学建设世界一流学科动向。最后论述了我国金融学建设世界一流学科应处理好的五个关系,即中国特色与世界一流的关系,科学研究与人才培养的关系,少数与多数的关系,投入与产出的关系,竞争与合作的关系。

This paper discusses the rankings of finance and its related disciplines by three domestic academic rankings and seven international discipline rankings. It helps us to know,from all dimensions,what the world-class discipline in finance is. This paper also summarizes the practice of China’s famous university to build world-class discipline in finance,such as the construction of the school of finance,the construction of the research institute of finance,the construction of world-class faculty,cultivating world-class talent. Finally,this paper discusses the five relationships that should be dealt with in the construction of the world-class discipline in finance: Chinese characteristics and world-class,scientific research and student’s education,minority and majority,input and output,competition and cooperation.
