'理想形态'的精英文化礼和自然生成的大众文化俗,在历史发展的进程中,逐渐融合成一种中国独有的社会复合形态———礼俗。千百年间,中国传统乡土社会依靠礼俗维持运作,成为典型的礼俗社会。到了当代,随着传统礼俗社会向现代法理社会的转型,礼俗文化逐渐退出社会舞台。但当今社会在强调法律效力的同时,道德规范力量的削弱也带来不少弊病。从中国文化自身出发,以创新的方式挖掘和阐发传统礼俗文化,无疑是走出当下道德困境的有效途径。

In the development of history,the ideal elite cultural etiquette and the natural popular cultural custom gradually merge into a kind of unique social complex form of China,this is the etiquette and custom what we are talking about today. For thousands of years,the traditional Chinese rural society depends on etiquettes and customs,become a typical etiquette and custom society.In modern times,the traditional etiquette and custom society begin to transform to modern legal society,and etiquette and custom culture gradually withdraw from the social arena. But today while we emphasize the effectiveness of law,the weakening of moral power also brings many drawbacks. Based on Chinese culture,exploring and elucidating traditional etiquette and custom culture in an innovative way,which is the most effective way to solve the current moral dilemmas.
