摘要
目的通过调查桂林两江国际机场蝇类的本底情况,为口岸蝇类防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用诱蝇笼法对蝇类的种群构成、密度和季节消长等情况进行调查。结果 2014年1—12月共捕获成蝇3 485只,经分类鉴定隶属于5科16属21种;优势种为巨尾阿丽蝇(35.84%);年平均密度为14.5只/笼·d,密度高峰期为5月;航站楼蝇密度最高。结论本次调查基本掌握了桂林两江国际机场蝇类的本底情况,为口岸蝇类防治工作提供了科学依据。
Objective To understand the background situation of the flies at Guilin international airport, and to provide scientific evidence for flies prevention and control. Methods Cage trap was used to investigate fly population, density and seasonal fluctuation. Results A total of 3 485 flies were captured and identified as 5families, 16 genera, 21 species. The dominant species was Aldrichina graham, accounting for 35.84%. The annual average density was 14.5/(cage·d). The density peak was in May and the highest density occurred at the airport terminal. Conclusion The investigation would provide background information for the prevention and control of flies and fly-borne diseases at Guilin airport.
