2013—2014年连云港赣榆口岸蝇类本底调查

The background survey of files at Ganyu port, Lianyungang from 2013 to 2014

目的掌握赣榆口岸蝇类种群构成、分布、密度和季节消长,为口岸蝇类的防治提供科学依据。方法 2013年4月—2014年3月,采用蝇笼诱捕法,对赣榆口岸不同生境蝇类进行调查,并对资料进行分析。结果本次调查共捕获蝇类3 356只,经分类鉴定隶属于4科8属9种,优势蝇种为舍蝇和丝光绿蝇;蝇类密度随季节消长,蝇密度高峰期出现在6、10月;平均密度为23.31只/笼。结论赣榆口岸蝇类季节消长明显,不同生境成蝇平均密度区别明显,不同生境蝇种构成比差别明显。

Objective We studied the composition,distribution,density and seasonal fluctuation of fly species at Ganyu port, in order to provide scientific information for fly prevention and management at port. Methods Fly cage trapping method was performed from April 2013 to March 2014, for investigating the current situation of fly species from different habitats in Ganyu port. Results 3 356 flies were captured, which belonging to four families,eight genera and nine species.Among all the flies, Musca domestica Linnaeus and Lucilia sericata Meigen were the dominate species. The density of fly species changed according to the seasons and the high peaks of density appeared in June and October. In addition, the average density of cage is 23.31. Conclusion The flies in Ganyu port had a notable seasonal fluctuation and the average density of flies varied among different habitats. Moreover, the component of fly population is also significantly different among multiple habitats.
