重庆寸滩港2010—2011年度蝇类本底调查

Investigation of flies at Cuntan port from 2010 to 2011

目的了解重庆寸滩港蝇类本底现状,为口岸媒介生物防治提供科学依据。方法 2010年10月至2011年11月在寸滩港采用蝇笼诱捕法,对寸滩港区不同生境蝇类的种类分布、密度及季节消长进行调查。结果调查共捕获蝇类2 876只,经分类鉴定隶属于4科27属67种,优势蝇种为大头金蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇、铜腹重毫蝇、紫绿蝇,蝇密度消长呈双峰型,年平均密度为14.67只/笼·日,5月-7月为高峰期,12月-次年2月为低峰期,不同生境蝇密度不同,其中职工食堂密度最高。结论调查填补了重庆寸滩港口岸蝇类的资料空白,为进一步开展蝇类传染病监测和控制提供了依据。

Objective To understand the flies background at Chongqing Cuntan port,and to provide scientific evidences for the control of flies at the port. Methods The density,seasonal changes and species structure of flies were investigated with cage-entrap from October 2010 to November 2011 at Chongqing Cuntan port. Results 2 876 flies were captured,and classified into 4 families,27 genera,and 67 species. The dominant species were Chrysomya megacephala,Aldrichina grahami,Dichaetomyia bibax,Lucilia(Caesariceps) porphytina.The fly density changed in different season,seasanal variation showed apex from May to July,and the average density was 14.67 flies per cage.The fly density was different at different sites,and the highest one was at the staff cafeteria. Conclusion The investigation provided the basic data for flies at Cuntan port and would provide necessary information for taking suitable measures to control the flies at different seasons and different places.
