ABC-RA分类管理方法在国境口岸鼠类控制中的应用

Study on the application of risk analysis and ABC classification to the quarantine of alien mouse at the frontier ports

目的引入风险分析和ABC分类管理方法对国境口岸外来鼠类控制进行分类管理,提高口岸卫生检疫的监管效率。方法对国境口岸鼠类控制进行风险分析和ABC分类,根据不同的分类实施针对性和差异化的管理。结果鼠类检出风险因素主要不合格项主要有11项,A类5项、B类和C类各3项。结论采取系统性和针对性的措施对国境口岸外来鼠类实施ABC-RA分类管理,能提高卫生检疫的监管效率。

Objective In this article,risk analysis and ABC classification were introduced into the quarantine and supervision of frontier mouse alien origin in order to enhance the efficiency of management. Methods The risks of sanitary safety elements of frontier mouse were analyzed and ABC classified and targeted measures were taken to manage them. Results There were mainly eleven sanitary safety elements existing in the quarantine and supervision of frontier mouse,five of them were highlighted as A group risk factors. Three of them were defined as B group and the C group respectively. Conclusion According to the results of ABC-RA classification of the quarantine and supervision of frontier mouse,systematic and targeted measures should be taken to deal with the sanitary safety elements and the management was supposed to be more efficient.
