2014年广西登革热流行地区蚊幼虫应急监测 被引量:1

Emergency surveillance of mosquito larvae at dengue fever endemic districts of Guangxi,2014

摘要 目的分析登革热流行期间蚊幼虫应急监测结果,了解蚊媒密度变化及控制情况。方法按照《登革热媒介伊蚊监测指南(2014版)》,采用布雷图指数(Breteau Index,BI)法对医院、居民区、公园、花鸟市场及学校、集贸市场、工地等不同生境进行蚊媒应急监测。监测地点为室内水栽植物及花盆托盘、储水罐及户外的废旧轮胎、闲置瓶罐等小型积水容器。结果 2014年9-11月登革热疫情期间,在广西的4个疫情发生市共监测575户次,BI≤5及BI>5的监测户次构成比分别为67.65%和32.34%,平均BI为7.01(0~200);9-11月平均BI分别为6.72、6.22及4.67。花鸟市场及公园的BI高于其他类型生境。结论蚊媒密度在9-10月处于具有传播风险水平,11月后降至安全防控水平。蚊媒密度与登革热疫情流行情况呈正相关性。 Objective To study the density variation and control situation of mosquito larvae by analyzing the emergency surveillance of mosquito larvae.Methods The emergency surveillance was conducted according to the national'Surveillance Guide for Dengue Vector Aedes(2014 edition)'.The Breteau Index(BI)method was used to collect mosquito larvae in hospitals,residential areas,parks,flower and bird markets,schools,markets and construction sites.The surveillance site was small water containers,such as indoor water plants,flower pot,water storage tanks,waste tires and idle bottles.Results A total of 575 house from 4 epidemic cities in Guangxi were selected during dengue fever epidemic period from September toThe proportion of surveillance house-cases with BI≤5 and BI>5 was 67.65%,respectively.The average BI was 7.01the average BI in each month was 6.72,6.22 and 4.67.In addition,the BI in flower-bird markets and parks was higher than that of other habitats.Conclusion The mosquito density was at risk spread level from September to October,and decreased to safety control level since November.The mosquito density was positively correlated with dengue fever epidemic.
