2013—2017年我国边境口岸入境人员HIV检测结果分析

Analysis of HIV screening of entry personnel at cross-border ports in China from 2013 to 2017

目的通过对2013—2017年我国边境地区口岸入境人员人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)检测结果进行分析,了解我国边境地区口岸入境人员HIV感染现状,为我国边境地区口岸艾滋病的监测和防控提供科学依据。方法收集2013—2017年内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、广西、云南、西藏、甘肃、新疆等9个原直属出入境检验检疫局艾滋病监测数据,进行统计分析。结果 2013—2017年我国边境地区口岸共对入境人员开展HIV检测391 578人次,检出HIV阳性1 300人次,检出率为0.33%,不同年份间HIV检出率在0.29%~0.42%之间波动,不同年度HIV阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.30,P=0.004 <0.05)。HIV阳性检出者主要为外籍人员,占阳性总检出者的91.38%(1188/1300)。外籍人员HIV阳性检出率较高的前3位人员类别为交通员工(1.25%)、劳务人员(0.32%)和公务人员(0.27%)。我国边境口岸入境人员HIV阳性率最高的为云南口岸(0.51%),其次是广西和甘肃口岸(均为0.11%),最低的是内蒙古口岸(0.01%)。结论我国边境地区口岸入境人员艾滋病感染情况严峻,应重点关注外籍入境人员以及劳务、交通员工等重点人群。

Objective To analyze the HIV screening of entry personnel at cross-border ports in China from 2013 to2017,to understand the status of HIV infection among entry personnel at border areas of China,and to provide scientific evidence for the surveillance,prevention and control of AIDS at border ports in China.Methods The HIV surveillance data from 9 ports,including Inner Mongolia,Liaoning,Jilin,Heilongjiang,Guangxi,Yunnan,Tibet,Gansu and Xinjiang was collected and statistical analyzed.Results From 2013 to 2017,a total of 391 578 HIV tests were conducted among entry personnel at border areas of China,and 1 300 HIV positive cases were detected,with a positive rate of 0.33%.The positive rate fluctuated in 0.29%-0.42%in different years.The difference of HIV positive rate in different years was statistically significantMost of the HIV positive cases were foreigners,accounted for 91.38%of the total positive cases.The top three foreigners of HIV-positive rates were traffic workersworkersand civil servantsThe highest HIV positive rate among entry personnel at border areas of China was found at Yunnan portby Guangxi and Gansu),and the lowest HIV positive rate was found at Inner Mongolia Port(0.02%).ConclusionThe situation of HIV infection among entry personnel at border ports in China was serious.More attention should be paid to foreigners as well as other key personnel such as labor workers and traffic workers.
