2013—2017年茂名口岸出入境人员健康体检结果分析

Analysis of health examination of entry and exit personnel at Maoming port,2013-2017

目的了解茂名口岸出入境人员的健康状况,为出入境人员疾病监测和健康指导提供参考。方法对2013—2017年茂名口岸出入境人员的艾滋病、梅毒、丙肝病毒抗体和乙肝表面抗原、心电图、腹部B超、血压、胸部X线的监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2013—2017年共监测出入境人员3 745人,检出传染病183例,总检出率为4.89%,其中病毒性肝炎检出率最高,检出率为4.35%。传染病总检出率最高的人群是公务人员,检出率为6.67%,其次为劳务人员,检出率为5.78%。检出非传染性疾病92例,检出率为2.46%。结论病毒性肝炎是影响出入境人员健康的主要问题,应在劳务人员中推广乙肝疫苗接种,同时加强非传染性疾病的监测。

Objective To understand the health status of the entry-exit personnel,and to provide reference for disease prevention and health guidance for the entry-exit personnel.MethodsThe data of antibody against HIV,sphilis,hepatitis C virus antibody,HBsAg as well as electrocardiogram,abdominal B ultrasound examination,blood pressure and chest X-ray of the entry-exit personnel at Maoming port from 2013 to 2017 was collected and analyzed.Results From 2013 to 2017,a total of 3 745 entry-exit people took physical examination at Maoming port,and 183 cases of communicable disease were detected,with the detection rate of 4.89%.The highest positive rate was viral hepatitisthe highest detection rate of communicable disease was office salariessecond was labor workersThere were 92 cases of noncommunicable diseases,with the detection rate of 2.46%.Conclusion Viral hepatitis was the main health concern among entry-exit personnel.The hepatitis B vaccine should be recommend in labor workers,and the noncommunicable diseases should not be ignored.
