日照口岸首例输入性卵形疟的实验室检测

摘要 目的调查日照口岸首例输入性卵形疟病例确诊过程,为口岸防控输入性疟疾提供科学依据。方法对1名从非洲回国的劳务人员进行流行病学调查,同时采用胶体金法、血涂片镜检法和荧光PCR法检测疟原虫并分型。结果该病例从利比里亚回国,在境外有疟疾病史,归国后出现发热、寒战等临床症状。实验室快速检测提示为非恶性疟原虫感染;血涂片镜检发现疟原虫滋养体,受染后细胞呈伞矢状;荧光PCR法鉴定为卵形疟原虫感染。结论根据该病例的临床表现和实验室检测结果,判断为输入性卵形疟病例。 Objective To investigate the diagnosis process of the first imported plasmodium.ovale malaria case at Rizhao port,and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of imported malaria cases at ports.Methods A epidemiological investigation was carried out on one labor worker returned from Africa,and colloidal gold method,blood smear microscopy as well as Real-time PCR were adopted to identify the subtype.Results This case came back from Liberia,with a malaria history abroad,and got clinical manifestations including fever,chilling after returned to China.The rapid detection test(RDT)indicated malaria exclusive plasmodium falciparum infection.The smear microscopy found plasmodium trophozoite,the infected cell presented a shape of umbrella sagittal.Realtime PCR showed P.ovale positive.Conclusion It was confirmed as an imported P.ovale malaria case according to the clinical manifestations and laboratory detection.
