摘要
目的掌握兰州中川国际机场口岸地区鼠类携带巴尔通体情况,为兰州中川国际机场口岸鼠传疾病的防控提供技术支持。方法 2015年1月—2017年12月,采用笼夜法在兰州中川国际机场口岸地区开展鼠类监测,利用PCR法对鼠类肝脏样本进行巴尔通体核酸检测。结果共捕获鼠类134只,隶属2科4属6种,其中小家鼠为优势鼠种。从14只小家鼠和2只索氏仓鼠的肝脏样本中检测到巴尔通体glt A基因核酸,阳性率11.94%。结论兰州中川国际机场口岸地区鼠类存在巴尔通体感染,应加强该地区鼠类监测,保障口岸公共卫生安全。
Objective To investigate the Bartonella distribution in rodents in Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport area,and to provide technical support for the prevention and control of rat-borne diseases in the port area.Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,by using cage-trap method at night to catch rodents at Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport area.Bartonella nucleic acid was detected in liver samples of rodents by using PCR.Results A total of 134 rats were captured,belonging to 6 species,4 genera and 2 families,of which Mus musculus was the dominant species.Bartonella gltA gene nucleic acid was detected from 14 liver samples of Mus musculus and 2 samples of Cricetulus sokolovi,with a positive rate of 11.94%.Conclusion Bartonella infection in rodents in the port area of Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport was found.The rodent surveillance in this area should be strengthened and to ensure public health safety at the port.
