2008—2017年日照口岸出入境人员HCV血清学监测分析

Serological surveillance of HCV of international travelers at Rizhao port,2008-2017

目的了解日照口岸出入境人员丙肝病毒抗体(anti-HCV)检测情况,为口岸制定病毒性肝炎防控措施提供理论依据。方法收集2008—2017年日照口岸出入境人员传染病监测体检的anti-HCV检测数据,进行统计分析。结果2008—2017年,日照口岸96 711名出入境人员中anti-HCV总检出率为0.910‰,年度之间检出率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);入境人员检出率高于出境人员(P <0.05),性别之间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),>51岁年龄段的检出率高于其他年龄段(P <0.05),公务/商务人员高于其他职业人群(P <0.05)。结论日照口岸anti-HCV检出率与入出境人群、年龄和职业有关,应在口岸一线加大对重点人群的健康教育。

Objective To know the Hepatitis C virus antibody(anti-HCV)detection of international travelers at Rizhao port,and to provide basis for the control of viral hepatitis.Methods The data of infectious disease surveillance and anti-HCV test for the international travelers,2008-2017,was collected and analyzed.Results The detection rate of anti-HCV of the international travelers at Rizhao port,2008-2017,was 0.910‰.The detection rate among different annual and gender had no statistical difference(P>0.05),but was higher in entry,over 51 age,official or commercial group(P<0.05).Conclusion The anti-HCV detection rate was related with entry or exit,age and occupation of the international travelers at Rizhao port.Health education should be strengthened.
