The enlightenment of Operational Readiness on the response of public health emergency at ports

行动准备能力(Operational Readiness,OPR)是世界卫生组织(WHO)用于评价突发公共卫生事件应急处置能力的主要指标之一,2018年11月,为帮助各成员国和相关组织更好地应对国际关注的突发公共卫生事件,WHO制定了'行动准备能力'课程。本文介绍了OPR的主要内容,通过对比OPR的要求和我国口岸卫生检疫工作实际,探索OPR对我国口岸突发公共卫生事件处置工作的启示。

Operational Readiness(OPR)is one of the key indicators used by World Health Organization(WHO)to evaluate the capacity of member countries in dealing with public health emergency.November,2018,WHO launched an open course of OPR to facilitate member countries and related organizations in developing public health emergency of international concern response plans.In this article,the core contents of OPR was described,and the difference between OPR requirement and current health quarantine actual measures in China was compared,to explore the enlightenment brought by OPR on public health emergency at ports.
