摘要
微流控芯片是近年发展起来的一种全新的微量分析技术,可将样本前处理、分离检测等多个步骤集合在一起,使不连续的分析过程连续化、集成化、自动化、微型化,具备分析剂量小、速度快、成本低、易于集成开发等独特优势,已应用于生命科学研究、环境科学、病原微生物检测、临床体外诊断等领域。本文着重介绍了微流控芯片在各领域的应用和最新研究进展。
Microfluidic chip is a new microanalysis technique developed in recent years.It combines multiple steps such as sample preprocessing,separation and detection,which made the discontinuous analysis process continuous,integrated,automatic,and miniaturized.The microfluidic chip has the unique advantages of low analysis dose,high reaction speed,low cost and easy integrated development,and has been applied in the fields of life science research,environmental science,pathogenic microorganism detection,clinical in vitro diagnosis and so on.This paper mainly introduced the application of microfluidic chip in various fields and the latest research progress.
