2012—2018年深圳口岸输入性登革热流行病学特征

Epidemiological characteristics of imported dengue fever cases in Shenzhen port from 2012 to 2018

目的分析深圳口岸输入性登革热病例的流行病学特征,探讨口岸传染病防控措施。方法收集2012—2018年深圳海关卫生检疫中心实验室检测的入境发热旅客中登革病毒检测阳性病例的信息,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2012—2018年,使用实时荧光RT-PCR共检出输入性登革热病例175例,年龄以20~49岁为主,男女比例为2.98∶1。病例来源地以东南亚国家为主(72.00%),其次为我国香港地区(16.00%);输入高峰为7~10月份(54.29%),其中10月输入性病例最多;4个型别登革病毒均有检出,其中登革病毒I型最多(86例)。结论深圳地区存在由输入性登革热带来的疫情风险,海关应及时掌握国内外疫情信息,加强口岸卫生检疫查验,防止输入性登革热造成本地疫情的暴发。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological information of imported dengue fever cases in Shenzhen,and to explore the health quarantine measures for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods The information of dengue fever cases detected by the laboratory of Shenzhen Customs from 2012 to 2018 was collected for descriptive epidemiological analysis.Results A total of 175 imported dengue fever cases were confirmed by Realtime RT-PCR from 2012 to 2018.The most cases was 20-49 years old.The ratio of male and female was 2.98∶1.The imported cases returned from Southeast Asia for 72.00%,from Hongkong,China accounted for 16.00%.The peak of imported was from July to October(54.29%)with the largest number of cases in October.All of the 4 types of dengue virus were detected,and subtype I was positive in 86 cases.Conclusion Shenzhen was facing the threat of imported dengue fever.Shenzhen Customs should analyze the domestic and international epidemiological information,strengthen heath quarantine and disease surveillance,and prevent the outbreak of local epidemic caused by imported dengue fever.
