2014—2018年厦门口岸蚊类监测

摘要 目的对2014—2018年厦门口岸蚊类监测数据进行分析,为防止蚊媒传染病的传入与传出提供科学依据。方法采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯法监测成蚊,对监测数据进行统计学分析。结果 2014—2018年共捕获成蚊3亚科5属13种,共16 440只,其中致倦库蚊为优势种,占所捕获蚊总数的48.14%,白纹伊蚊次之,占47.57%,成蚊密度高峰期主要集中在每年的第二、三季度。结论初步掌握了近5年来厦门口岸蚊类的种群构成、密度和季节消长规律,为做好口岸蚊媒控制、开展蚊媒传染病的风险评估、制定合理的防控策略提供了科学依据。 Objective To analyze the mosquito surveillance at Xiamen port between 2014 to 2018,for providing a scientific evidence for the prevention of mosquito-borne diseases.Methods CO2 trapping method were used to surveillance mosquitoes,and the data was analyzed statistically.Results A total of 16 440 mosquitoes were captured and identified as 13 species,5 Genus and 3 subfamilies.Culex quinquefasciatus(48.14%)was the dominant species,and followed by Aedes albopictus(47.57%).The high level of average density of mosquito were basically emerged in the 2 nd and 3 rd quarters.Conclusion The population distribution,average density and seasonal dynamics of the mosquitoes at Xiamen port in last five years were mastered initially.The information was very helpful for preventing and eliminating mosquito at Xiamen ports,and maybe providing a scientific evidence for risk assessment and making reasonable strategies for the prevention of mosquito-borne diseases.
