Chinese Governance Innovation: Traditional and Modern

国家治理体系和治理能力现代化主要立足于制度层面的创新,而制度层面的创新需要文化层面的创新来支撑。在我们推动中国国家治理现代化的关键阶段,应该同时对于中国的传统文化进行创新来为制度创新提供保障。

This article tries to argue that the modernization of national governance system mainly takes an institutional approach.However,institutional innovation certainly needs a kind of ideological or cultural innovation as the precondition.Therefore,to modernize China's traditional culture as the foundation of the modernization of China's national governance system is needed.
