以法治思维法治方式推进学校治理体系建设——基于清华大学依法治校实践的思考

Promoting the Construction of University Governance System by Rule of Law——Reflections on Tsinghua University's Practice of Rule of Law

以法治思维和法治方式推进依法治校是实现高校治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要抓手。清华大学以党的全面依法治国基本方略和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,通过加强组织领导、完善治理结构、强化合法审查、推进多元保障、营造法治氛围等多方面的工作,在全面推进依法治校、依法办学进程中努力探索,取得了良好成效。

Promoting rule of law in university governance by legal thinking and method is an important grasp to realize the modernization of university governance system and governance capacity.Guided by the Party’s basic strategy of comprehensive rule of law in governance of the country and Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,Tsinghua University has made efforts to explore and achieve good results in comprehensively promoting the rule of law in university governance and operation through strengthening the organization and leadership,perfecting the governance structure,strengthening the Legality review,enhance multiple safeguard approaches and creating the atmosphere of rule of law.
