摘要
大学学科治理命题的提出,既具有促进大学治理纵深发展的理论价值,又具有规范大学学科建设的实践功效。推进大学学科治理,将有助于促进学科的组织化进程,改良学院和大学的组织场域,为学科建设提供制度—文化驱动的新动力。从我国大学的实际出发,要推动学科治理的常态展开,应凝聚学科集体的共识以形成学科统一的观念力量和治理诉求,自下而上地推进学科的组织和制度建设,巧妙发挥学科内资深学者等关键性行动者的制度创建作用,努力谋求学科治理同学院乃至大学治理的兼容,加强学科共同体信念及治理文化的培植以建构相应的文化生态。
The proposition of university discipline governance has not only the theoretical value of promoting the in-depth development of university governance,but also has the practical effect of standardizing the construction of university discipline.The discipline governance in universities will help to promote the organizational process of disciplines,to improve the organizational field of colleges or universities and to provide a new impetus for the discipline construction driven by the institution-culture factor.In order to promote the implementation of discipline governance,it is necessary to work from these aspects such as forming a unified community concept and governance demands on the basis of the collective consensus of discipline,pushing forward the institutional and organizational construction of the discipline,playing the active institution-construction role of the key actors as the senior scholars,realizing the integration of discipline governance and college governance even university governance,and strengthening the faith of discipline community and the governance culture to establish the relevant cultural ecology.
