摘要
高校领导干部培训实效性受多重因素的影响。在对国家教育行政学院近年来结业的高校领导干部进修班学员进行回访和问卷调查的基础上,借助逐步回归分析的研究方法,基于培训内容和培训能力等维度,确定影响高校领导干部培训实效性的主要因素,探索出培训实效性提升的可行路径,即需求研究常态化,培训内容精准化;突出问题导向,创新教学管理;提升素质能力,增强培训实效。
The effectiveness of the leading cadres training in universities training is affected by many factors.On the basis of the return visit and questionnaire survey to the advanced class students of the leading cadres who graduated from NAEA in recent three years,and with the stepwise regression analysis,the important factors that affect the training effectiveness are determined from the dimension of training content and training ability,and further to find feasible ways to improve the training effectiveness,that is,make demand research normal and training content precise;highlight problem-oriented and innovate teaching management;improve ability and enhance the effectiveness of training.
