高校毕业生返乡就业的影响因素及就业质量研究——基于2017年全国高校毕业生就业数据的实证研究

Research on Influencing Factors and Employment Quality of College Graduates Returning Home for Employment——Empirical Research Based on National College Graduate Employment Survey in 2017

基于2017年全国高校毕业生就业状况调查数据,采用描述统计和罗吉斯特回归,发现高校毕业生返乡就业是结合自身优劣势和求职偏好后的理性选择。人力资本积累上存在一定劣势、但具有较高社会资本的高校毕业生返乡就业的可能性高;家在省会直辖市、生源省薪资水平较高的高校毕业生返乡就业的可能性更高;主要向体制内单位求职,不看重工作在大城市,更看重工作舒适、劳动强度低、能够获得权力与社会资源、能兼顾亲友关系的高校毕业生返乡就业的可能性则更高。从就业质量来看,返乡就业的高校毕业生更多是进入体制内单位,对工作的地点、稳定性和社会地位满意度比较高,满足了求职偏好。

Based on the survey on national graduate employment in 2017, this paper finds that returning home for employment is a rational choice after taking emloyment preferences and different kinds of capitals into consideration with T test and logistic regression method. College graduates who return home for employment have higher social capital but lower human capital, are more likely to come from provincial capitals and provinces with higher wage status. They prefer in-system sector jobs, and value more on lower labor intensity, power and social resources, touch with family and friends. As to employment quality,graduates who return home for employment get what they want. Most of them are employed in in-system sector jobs and are more satisfied with the location, stability and social status of their employment.
