Academic right is the fundamental right entitled to university teachers during the activity of knowledge production and communication,with the university teachers being its subject and the academic activity and affair,teaching activity and affair being its objects.It consists of right of academic research,expression,development,earnings,governance,and remedy.As a compound right,academic right has the attributes like identity and specialty,negativity and positivity,individuality and community,infinity and finiteness.
