摘要 基于课程目标与课程实施过程的功能结构关系,从课程利益相关方的视角提出对课程的质量要求,给出了具有一般性的课程质量过程要素分析模型,揭示了影响课程质量形成的关键因素;以此为基础,从课程目标适应度、教学资源保障度、教学计划执行度、教学环境适宜度、质量保障有效度和课程目标达成度共六个维度,构建了课程质量的评价指标体系;最后,以某高校的公共课、基础课、专业基础课和专业课四类共10门课程为例进行实证研究,验证了所给出评价模型的有效性和可行性。论文研究成果可有效指导课程质量的持续改进和'金课'的建设工作。 Based on the function-structure relationship between the curriculum objectives and its implementation process,this paper puts forward quality requirements of the curriculum from the perspective of curriculum stakeholder’s expectations,presents a general process-elements model for analyzing the curriculum quality and key influencing factors.On this basis,the evaluation index system of curriculum quality is constructed from six dimensions such as the fitness of curriculum objective,the guarantee of teaching resources,the implementation of teaching plan,the suitability of teaching environment,the effectiveness of quality guarantee and the achievement of curriculum objective.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the evaluation model are verified by an empirical study of 10 courses in four kinds as public course,basic course,professional basic course and specialized course in a certain university.The research results can effectively guide the continuous improvement of curriculum quality and the construction of Golden courses.
