摘要
新时代,国家经济发展模式转型,社会主要矛盾发生变化,《国家职业教育改革实施方案》等新政策相继出台,开启了职业教育全面深化改革的新阶段。在因时制宜的变革逻辑、问题解决的善治逻辑和项目规划的行政逻辑的驱动下,中国职业教育的制度体系、办学格局、育人机制、标准尺度与社会功能等方面都在深化改革中不断转型。推进职业教育全面深化改革的政策行动需要在国家统筹中引入多元共治,在整体变革的战略中实现各个击破,在稳步推进的变革中优化多元保障。
In the new era,the national economic development model has been transformed,and major social contradictions have changed.New policies such as the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan have come out one after another,launching a new stage of comprehensive deepening reform of vocational education.Driven by the logic of change according to circumstances,the logic of good governance of problem solving and the administrative logic of project planning,China’s vocational education system,school-running pattern,education mechanism,standards and social functions are constantly transforming in the deepening reform.The policy actions to promote the comprehensive deepening reform of vocational education need to introduce pluralistic governance in the national overall planning,achieve various breakthroughs in the overall reform strategy,and seek multiple support in the steady advancement of change.
