本科生科研能力培养现状与改进对策研究——以对外经济贸易大学为例

Current Situation of Scientific Research Ability Cultivation of Undergraduates and Countermeasures for Improvement:The Case of University of International Business and Economics

本科生科研能力培养是高等教育的重要任务之一。本世纪以来,国内大学日益重视本科生科研能力培养,并取得一定成效。本文以对外经济贸易大学为例,分析了其本科生科研能力培养体系现状和存在的不足,并依据学生科研能力提升的影响因素,提出完善课程教学、建立激励机制、落实导师制度以及采用模糊综合评价法对学生科研成果进行评价等改进建议。

Cultivation of undergraduates’scientific research ability is one of the main missions of higher education.Since the start of this century domestic universities have attached great importance to undergraduates’research training and have achieved good results.This paper studies the current situation and the deficiency of the undergraduate research training system in the University of International Business and Economics(UIBE).Starting from what influences students’research ability,this paper makes proposals on how to improve course teaching,to establish incentive systems,to implement tutorial system and to assess students’research achievements with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
