2013年由上海歌剧院委约奚其明作曲、上海歌剧院首演的《燕子之歌》,是一部以声乐教育家周小燕为原型创作的歌剧。周小燕早年留学巴黎,后归国数十年如一日,孜孜不倦地培养出了众多优秀人才。《燕子之歌》近日基于去年首演后收到的反馈,作了小幅修改后于上海大剧院再行演出。指挥是年轻的张诚杰.刚从德国学成归来。

Initiated by the Shanghai Opera House and composed by Xi Qiming,the original opera Song of Swallow had its debut in 2013.Based on the true story of vocal music educator Zhou Xiaoyan,the musical describes Zhou's return to China after her studies in Paris,when she went on to train many outstanding Chinese talents.With the feedback following last year's premiere,Song of Swallow received minor modifications and was staged at the Shanghai Grand Theatre.
