摘要
以普契尼《图兰朵》作为开幕大戏,再以莱哈尔《微笑王国》压轴,两部均是以中国题材为背景的西方歌剧一首一尾'遥相呼应',可见上海歌剧院在2018年演出季的剧目安排上颇具匠心。西方歌剧作品浩如烟海,但有关'中国'的为数极少。《图兰朵》的故事蓝本来源于波斯民间传说,逐渐演化为发生在中国京城的'三角恋'故事;而《微笑王国》的故事则发生在19世纪末20世纪初。
On November 28,the China's Mainland premiere of Das Land des Lachelns graced the stage of the Shanghai Oriental Art Center.A coproduction of the Shanghai Opera House and Palace of Arts Budapest,the overall effect balanced the heavy and the light.The audience felt empathy in their laughter.
