摘要
黑松1年生针叶经不同低温处理后,用水培法观察针叶褐变及死活状况,并根据针叶相对电导率的变化,确定了黑松针叶的临界致死低温:在越冬期为 -25℃,在越冬前期和返青期为 -20℃左右。对越冬期1年生黑松枝条的脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量及过氧化物酶活性的测定和分析表明,黑松在经 -15℃、12h处理后,其生理活动开始受到干扰,使树势衰弱,但并未造成死亡。
Through observing the needle brown stain and life status with water culture method, and changes of relative conductivity after the Pinus thunbergii Parl needles of one year age being treated with different temperatures, the critical lethal low temperatures were determined as follows: 25℃ in over wintering period and-20℃ before over wintering period or in reviving period. Through measurement of proline,propylaldehyde and peroxidase enzyme activity of Pinus thunbergii Parl. branches of one-year age in over wintering period, it was found that the activities of the pine was to be interfered and the growth power declined but without death occurrence when treated at-15℃ the for 12 hours.
