精子载体转基因的研究进展

精子载体法培育转基因动物是目前操作最简便、成本低廉且危险隐患相对较低的一种转基因方法。近 1 0年来的研究结果表明 ,精子载体法可得到转基因阳性动物 。

During near decades along with the development of biotechnology, many people focus on the technology of culturing transgenic animals. The classic methods of foreign gene transfer are microinjection, retroviral vectors, chimera and so on. But high cost, complicated operation and hidden danger from these methods frustrate many researchers. Sperm mediated,gene transformation is the most convenient way and also has little concealed damage. Through the sperm mediation, some researchers transfer the DNA directly,others use liposome to introduces the foreign gene, and the rest utilize the electroporation to help the gene to transfer. All these methods are reported that they can obtain the positive animals. Nowadays more and more scientists have paid much attention to the sperm mediated gene transfer.This paper introduces the process of the research.
