摘要
专用粥米 ,是指利用特种米中的口感和营养特性 ,经过试验 ,研制出功能二号米和红香玉粥米的科学合理配比及最合适的烧煮时间、添加水分的比例 ,达到口感。
Special gruel rice was made from special rice includingred rice and black rice, which is rich in nutrition and good cooking quality.As a result of experiments and scientific combination,the functoinal rice No.2 and gruel rice Hongxiangyu were prepared.In this paper,different treatments of cooking time and proportion to add water were compared.
