摘要
利用 (黑香糯×无色香粳 )F2 或 (黑香粳×无色香糯 )F2 均呈现粳与糯、黑色与无色两对性状 ,按独立分配规律分离的现象。表现型为黑香粳、黑香糯、无色香粳和无色香糯等四个类型 ,然后再按粳与糯、黑色与无色各一对性状的分离规律 ,通过精确的鉴别 ,即可获得黑粳、黑糯、白粳、白糯等四个香稻的基因纯合类型。达到了显著缩短育种年限的目的 ,加速育种的进程 ,一般经 5年左右的时间 ,即可育成优质。
The second generation from crossbreeding with black aromatic glutinous rice×colorless aromatic japonica or black aromatic japonica rice×colorless aromatic glutinous rice presents two pair of qualitative rices, that is japonica and glutinous, black and colorless separative type, According to independent distributive rule, their phenotypes are black aromatic japonica, balck aromatic glutinous, colorless aromatic japonica and colorless aromatic glutinous rice. Then, according to the distributive rule of each pair of qualitative group (japonica and glutinous, black and colorless), four aromatic rices with gene pure type, that is black japonica, black glutinous, colorless japonica and colorless glutinous can be obtained by careful examination. This method can markedly shorten breeding time and accelerate breeding process. In general to pass through about five years, systematic special new variety rice with good quality and high yield can be bred.
